JXC has a wealth of experience in commercial management having negotiated and provided inputs into varied forms of contracts including Heads of Agreement (HOA), Agreement for Lease (AFL), leases, consultancy agreements, construction and supplier contracts. As superintendent and third party to the construction contract, JXC represents the owner or principal and administers the contract terms and conditions of the contract between the Head Contractor and principal.
