Founders Caroline Jarrett and Luke Castledine each have extensive careers in the property industry. Having worked with both developers, community minded organisations and consultancy firms, they have united their passion to deliver projects that create a better future for generations to come.
Caroline Jarrett
Caroline is a respected property professional with over 17 years’ experience managing a diverse range of programmes and projects within the commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Caroline has worked within consultancy environments and client-side roles, most recently holding a senior position within Australia Post responsible for the Victorian and Tasmanian capital programme and portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, and retail.
Having benefited from hands on experience as a client, Caroline appreciates the processes and responsibilities beyond the delivery process that comes with a development. She is adaptive and brings a wealth of knowledge around feasibility, procurement, contract administration and stakeholder management. Her ability to tailor delivery processes for a successful outcome is prevalent based on the breadth of project work undertaken by Caroline.
Caroline holds a bachelor degree in Property & Construction management from Melbourne University and has managed the delivery of projects throughout Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Tasmania, both within metropolitan and rural settings.
Luke Castledine
Luke brings over 18 years’ experience in project, programme, and portfolio management. After obtaining a degree in Project Management and earning certification through the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), Luke has employed sound delivery principles in the successful delivery of programmes of work within many sectors of Construction including industrial, commercial, and large-scale mixed-use developments.
His strategic thinking and leadership abilities ensure effective delivery of projects are achieved through sound procurement and management of contractors, extensive multi-faceted stakeholder engagement and comprehensive programme interrogation and management. His high level of stakeholder engagement ensures all team members are engaged with the values of the project to ensure alignment of deliverables on time, within budget and to the highest standards agreed within the project charter.
